Construction: multistrand

Connectors: TTAF 93502 Professional connectors made from gold-plated tellurium copper.

The nameplate mounted on the wooden block is also gold-plated, distinguishing cables from this series from our other models.

This interconnect consists of four separate conductors. They are neither braided nor shielded; instead, each conductor runs freely through its own individual sleeve. For this reason, the cable is intended exclusively for carrying a signal from a high-output DAC (2–4 V RMS) directly to a power amplifier.

The cable is made with rare copper wire dating from the 1930s, sourced from French, British, American and Dutch manufacturers. It contains no silver—only carefully selected varieties of vintage copper.

Every conductor was selected by ear, aligned in the same direction and combined to form a harmonious whole. The cable has a distinctly vintage character: darker, deeper and richer in tone. It is entirely unsuited to producing the spectacular sonic effects commonly associated with modern High-End audio.

This cable was created for intimate listening to the music you love, particularly classical music. We cannot predict how it will perform with other musical genres. In developing this design, our aim was to achieve a connection with music that is both deeper and more effortless. This connection operates largely at a subconscious level, revealing itself over extended listening sessions—or even lingering afterwards, like an aftertaste.

Today, pursuing superficial brilliance, exaggerated detail and the other familiar attributes of modern audio equipment seems entirely pointless to us. The audio market already offers these qualities in excess. They bring little genuine pleasure and merely stimulate the nerves. The time has come for a more serious and responsible approach to the purpose of audio reproduction.

Music is more than a collection of sounds. Between the sounds lies something intangible—something that gives a musical statement its meaning and passion. The pursuit of obvious, easily measurable qualities in the sonic material does not bring us closer to the innermost essence of music. What matters is precisely that elusive element concealed BETWEEN notes that have been beautifully performed and faithfully recorded. That is what we are trying to uncover.

This cable is probably not universal. In our view, however, universality is merely another word for mediocrity.

The world and nature are not made in such a way that universal materials or universal devices for listening to music can exist—just as there are no universal musicians and no universal musical instruments.
